Any session booked means that the start time is your drop off time and end time is your collection time. You may drop off and collect any time inside of these times but NOT before or after. For example, if you book 9am-2pm you must drop off from 9am onwards and collect before 2pm. Our staffing is planned based on your booked time and February saw 10 children in one day that were booked in for 9am arrive between 8:30 and 8:45 meaning staff were not yet in and we were out of ratio, potentially putting all children at risk.
